VG10 Kitchen knifes EGO VG-10 is made out of Japanese VG-10 steel which has an extreme durability and is very corrosion resistant. The knife blade has a HRC factor of 60±2 and will stay sharp for a very long time. The VG-10 core is covered with 67 layers of damask steel, which creates a beautiful pattern and gives the knifes a distinkt design. The handle is made out of treated Pakkawood which is both comfortable to hold as well suits both right and left handed well. The VG-10 fillet knife is flexible and thin so it can easily filet fish and other food. The knife is very well balanced and light weight so you don't get tired working with it for a long time. The blade has been optimized for the Nordic way of cooking and the knife is approved by the Danish and Norwegian National chef team.
